Pay: $12 per hr

Duration: 3-4 days per week

Working hours: Flexible hours

Job Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Assist with work pass management and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
• Support payroll processing and maintain HR records.
• Help with employee training administration.

HR & Office Administration:

• Assist HR Manager with daily functions and ad-hoc tasks.
• Handle administrative duties like ordering supplies and maintaining employee records.

Employee Engagement & Events:

• Support organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative help for HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirements

• Experience in HR support and administration.
• Familiar with HRMS, payroll, and leave systems.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Skilled in work pass applications, payroll processing, and HR documentation.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and independent work skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
