• Comply to all safety, security, traffic regulations, PSA regulations and other government regulations
• Perform daily warehouse operations activities for all accounts
• Ensure handle Vehicles are according to SOPs, customers’ requirements and safe work practices
• Port clearance inspection checks with defects recorded and ensure all vehicles are checked
• Tally chassis number against vehicle list and check on vehicles for defects and submit defect report with photos to in-charge promptly
• Tally container number and seal number provided before proceeding to Stuff/Unstuff container with required photos to be taken for reporting purposes
• Ensure operational documents are filled up neatly, accurately and returned to the account holder timely and orderly
• Perform daily tasks in timely and orderly manner to meet customers’ KPI
• Rearranging vehicles to make space for new shipments/inbound
• Transfer vehicles from inbound holding area or container to designated storage area and provide accurate location info promptly for in-charge to update timely
• Perform periodic Cycle Count/Stock Take based on schedule given
• Perform upkeeping and housekeeping of warehouse to meet 5S + 1 standards
• Involve in Toolbox meeting, Gemba and report any findings found at any point of time
• Coordinate and assist team members for completion of work related/Ad hoc jobs assigned
• Assist in other warehousing activities; operating forklift (if possess a forklift license), power pallet jack, etc

Additional Information:

• Working Location : Tuas
• Working Hours : 5.5 days office hours
• Salary : $1,800 to $2,000 + (OT Payable)
