• Prepare, plan, and conduct age-appropriate lessons based on the curriculum to engage, nurture, and inspire children.
• Plan and provide programs that promote positive learning experiences, including activities both inside and outside the classroom.
• Monitor children's progress, complete progress reports, and prepare developmental profiles for each child.
• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in project implementation.
• Establish effective classroom management.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
• Build partnerships with parents to support children's development.
• Conduct daily care to ensure the safety and hygiene of children.
