- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Singapore's early childhood education regulations and standards.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as enrollment, records management, and communication with parents/guardians.
- Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff and support personnel, ensuring their professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate continuous improvement among staff members.
- Effective leadership and coordination with the staff and families
- Connecting with the community
- Ensure that the center’s service meets the needs of children and families
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing an ECDA-licensed pre-school centres
- At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) / Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)
- Effective leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage centre’s daily operations
- Adequate knowledge and experience in early childhood care and education
