🩺 Position 1: Nursing Assistant

Working Hours:
3 shifts
7 AM - 3 PM / 1 PM - 9 PM / 9 PM - 7 AM

Benefits:
Annual Leave (AL) + Annual Bonus + Year-End Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

Assist with daily care under the supervision of a registered nurse
Ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of elderly residents
Provide necessary nursing services and monitor vital signs
Provide personal care support (e.g., toileting, feeding, grooming)
Support nursing staff and volunteers in providing care services

🧑‍⚕️ Position 2: Medical Assistant

Working Hours:
3 shifts
7 AM - 3 PM / 1 PM - 9 PM / 9 PM - 7 AM

Benefits:
Annual Leave (AL) + Annual Bonus + Year-End Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities (e.g., feeding, dressing, bathing)
Maintain residents' personal hygiene and cleanliness
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nurses
Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly residents
Collaborate with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure quality care

Job Requirements

Requirements For Nursing Aide:

Nursing certification
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore nursing homes or hospitals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for elderly care with a caring attitude

Requirements for Healthcare Assistant:

Minimum secondary school education or NITEC in healthcare support (or equivalent)
Experience in elderly care or community care preferred
Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented
Able to communicate effectively and work in a team
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
