Identify and qualify business opportunities while influencing client decision-making through strategic engagement, including the use of in-house capabilities and showcase facilities
Coordinate both internal and external stakeholders to create an environment conducive to successful project delivery
Evaluate high-level conceptual designs, identify appropriate delivery teams, and ensure that proposed solutions are deliverable at optimal margins while meeting client expectations
Build and maintain responsive business relationships with clients, including managing complex service delivery issues and handling escalations
Lead and manage cross-functional project delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery
Identify, assess, and resolve complex business challenges; propose alternative solutions and gather market intelligence on client preferences and competitor activity
Monitor and manage issues and risks, acting as a key escalation point within the account
Oversee account and opportunity-level business development expenditure to support overall margin goals
Manage change request risks and impacts, and assist with negotiating variations to service agreements
Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to negotiate terms and conditions when no existing agreements are in place
Partner with business units to address project capability gaps and align on resource planning
Manage subcontractors and vendor-related escalations to ensure smooth delivery and compliance
Act as the Solution Lead, ensuring solution consistency and serving as the custodian of the solution architecture in collaboration with internal centers of excellence and business units
