Location: island-wide

Pay: $2200 - $2600
Duration: 5 days work week

Working Hours: retail hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide good customer service to students, parents, and staff and knowledgeable in products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS systems
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to company standards
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stock-takes
• Actively promote and sell products to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle any complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Oversee two primary stores

• Minimum GCE "O" Levels
• 2 years of experience in a retail or bookshop store with supervisory skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail to accurately handle cash and transactions
• Collaborative and flexible, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate in retail and customer service
