We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support the development and execution of our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will help manage daily content across platforms, engage with followers, monitor trends, and support analytics and reporting efforts to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags to optimize post reach
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, growth, etc.
Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members to align messaging and visuals
Assist with influencer outreach and campaign support as needed
Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging trends

Proven experience managing or assisting social media accounts (personal or business)
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or native platforms)
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
