BingXue Tea & Ice Cream, a rapidly growing international brand, is seeking a talented tea barista to join our dynamic team! As a tea barista, you will embark on a comprehensive training program, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks like preparing tea, ice cream, and ingredients
- Manage cashier responsibilities, if required
- Ensure the shop and equipment are clean at all times
- Open and close the shop as per shift schedule
- Carry out additional duties related to shop operations as directed by the supervisor
Salary
Full-time: Up to $2,500 + incentive
Part-time: Up to $11 per hour
Work Schedule
This job has the following work schedule:
- 6 days / week
- 10 hours shift
- 5 days / week
- 40+ hours / week
