Job Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to customers regarding Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) hiring inquiries and address post-sales concerns, including service recovery when needed.
Manage administrative tasks and oversee training related to MDW placements.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Recruit and interview candidates for customers
Arrange interviews for clients
Carry out additional job-related tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:
Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role is beneficial.
Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers.
Willingness to work on weekends
6 days work week
