Job Description

Job Description

•    Execute QR code/barcode encoding, data entry, inventory management and support, document processing
•    Collaborate with customers and internal teams to handle warehouse and inventory-related matters.
•    Ensure all paperwork, systems, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
•    Plan and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory. Conduct periodic inventory counts
•    Organize truck transportation and service support
•    Inventory reporting and communication with customers 
•    Handle customer inquiries and ensure all requests and issues are resolved.
•    Manage service handlers and service providers

•    Other responsibilities as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

•    Technical certificate, or diploma / equivalent
•    Good excel/words, written & verbal communication skills


•    Self-confidence, calm, self-starter, go-getter
•    Passionate to serve;
•    Preferably with i-WMS or SAP knowledge
•    Work Location @ TUAS
