• Collaborate with front, middle, and back office team to develop risk management policy 
• To perform risk management for physical trade, derivative, foreign exchange and credit exposure 
• Conduct analysis of respective risk exposure and profit and loss fluctuation against market movement
• To resolve any discrepancies on counterparty, pricing and volume including training of front office for paper trades
• Project manage all major ETRM system developments, modifications and operational process changes in relation to ETRM to the business strategy
• Enhance ETRM functionality by reviewing and analysing feedback from users on ETRM system functions 
• To manage and partner ETRM Consultant in developing the enhancements and drive improvements on Allegro ETRM system   
• Provide user support and training with respect to the Allegro ETRM system

• Bachelor's degree in a Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration 
• 6 years’ relevant experience in oil & gas trading markets, options valuation and risk management
• Experience in Allegro ETRM system implementation   
• Strong analytical skills and able to work under tight timelines
• Ability to work on multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders concurrently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills    
• A problem solver with proven analytical, writing and communication skills.
