• Hands-on Maintenance role for new Polyisoprene Latex Plant in Singapore.
• Ensure compliance of engineering practices and assets with statutory compliance, Engineering Codes of Practices and Cariflex SOP’s.
• Execute and communicate daily / weekly schedule assignments with workforce; conduct TBM, review JOHAN and MS and ensure safe and efficient completion of assigned work and update to Scheduler/Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standards Monitor, and take corrective action and daily updates
• Field Involvement in project ITP, Vendor support, PSSR, for effective and efficient execution
• Supervise the in-house team and third party in work execution.
• Maintaining the Spares and Tools at workshop.
• Assist in the updating of EQQC task & activities, Interpret isometric, P&ID drawings
• Assess the risk of all day-to-day jobs that is carried out and voice out any unsafe condition noticed.
• Involve in Scheduled Safety walkabout.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITE Certificate in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 to 10 years engineering /Maintenance field experience in the chemical, rubber, oil, or petrochemical plants.
• Able to work independently in multi-discipline and multi-lingual team.
• Hands-on Maintenance experience Static and Rotating equipment’s, troubleshoot, and rectify defects during plant Commissioning and Maintenance.
• Hands on experience and drive EPC and Maintenance team for Project punch list, Pre-com activities, Plant HVAC system, and Site Facilities.
• Hands on experience in Maintenance team in Rotating Equipment Laser Alignment Skills.
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
• Willing to perform Call-out activities and extended work hrs upon site start-up requirement.
• Well versed in PTW and LOTO system.
• Familiar with SAP PM Module.
• Knowledge in the use of linear measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers (internal & external), dial indicators, depth gauges, caliper gauges etc
• Basic knowledge in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for generating reports.
• Knowledge in Total Flange Management work process.
