JOB SCOPE:
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment or perform manual cleaning to wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and work surfaces, in accordance with hygiene standards
- Handle and store cleaned items properly to prevent contamination and ensure readiness for use
- Assist in the disposal of kitchen waste and support general cleaning tasks to uphold kitchen cleanliness
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times
