• Document and define Factory & Production processes and procedures across the Group

• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation strategies

• Deploy and implement production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas locations

• Manage and oversee the next-generation production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly

• Ensure the Audit and Compliance of Factory and Process Engineering across the Group

• Assist with any other duties related to operations and process engineering

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!)

• Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills

• Willingness and ability to travel overseas as needed
