Job Description

 

Client Account Management Executive

Main Responsibilities


Managing client account such as  but not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary contact, strengthening and maintaining client relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new projects/projects, and to ensure timely, accurate delivery of client needs
  • Analyse client needs and lead regular check-ins (such as weekly calls and/or meetings) and performance reviews to provide solutions in all aspect; and to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Accounts’ planning and development; performance tracking and measurements
  • Monitor service standards and manage quality sales performance from pre- to post-sales
  • Take active lead to engage management in client’s engagement and solutioning; and keep management abreast of the client relationship and the project’s progress
  • Sales sign up verification (welcome and verification call)
  • Sales Completion/recovery
  • Customer Retention
  • Customer Service
  • Weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage the sales administration function, sales performance reporting, streamlining processes and system wherever possible, and advising management on maximising business relationships
  • On-going product training and project updates fulfilment

 

Job Requirements
  • Experience in relevant field (eg call centre / telemarkting) would be preferred
  • Time management
  • Good Spoken & Written Communication
