• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest book releases, promotions, and store offerings to better assist customers.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet store goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

• Friendly, approachable, and able to provide excellent customer service.

• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately, with strong attention to detail.

• Able to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, across island-wide locations.
