We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Marketing Specialist to help drive awareness, generate leads, and maintain our online presence.

Role Overview:

We need a results-driven marketing freelancer who can take charge of our digital marketing efforts, lead generation, and social media presence. You will work closely with the founder and internal team to implement effective marketing strategies without requiring extensive onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Digital Ads:

• Optimize and manage SEO to improve our Google ranking.
• Run Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive new student inquiries.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.

Social Media & Content Marketing:

• Create and schedule 2-3 engaging posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, Google My Business, LinkedIn
• Develop short-form videos, photo collages, and reels for promotional use.
• Ensure content aligns with our brand identity and music education themes.

Website & Email Marketing:

• Update and optimize website content for better user engagement and conversion.
• Craft and schedule email newsletters to nurture leads and inform existing customers.

Marketing Performance Tracking:

• Analyze key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ad performance).
• Provide bi-weekly reports with actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing.
- Ability to create engaging content and short-form videos for social media.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the music or education industry is a plus but not required.
