About the Role

We are hiring a Contract Research Nurse to support clinical trial activities for a leading pharmaceutical MNC. You will work closely with investigators, study teams, and patients to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant conduct of clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Screen, recruit, and coordinate study participants

·       Support informed consent process and patient education

·       Perform nursing assessments, vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection

·       Administer investigational products and monitor patients for reactions

·       Maintain accurate source documentation

·       Report adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs)

·       Ensure drug accountability and study supply management

·       Comply with ICH-GCP, protocol, and regulatory requirements

·       Coordinate study visits and communicate with the study team

Requirements

·       Valid nursing registration (e.g. SNB or equivalent)

·       Diploma/Degree in Nursing

·       Experience in clinical research/clinical trials preferred

·       Phlebotomy skills preferred

·       Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Able to commit to the contract duration
