Manage the daily operations of the beauty salon.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the beauty team to achieve sales and service targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.

Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

Monitor inventory, salon cleanliness, and operational standards.

Develop sales strategies and promote beauty treatments and packages.

Resolve customer feedback and maintain a professional salon environment.
Salary: S$8,000 – S$12,000 Basic Salary + Attractive Commission. (Depending on experience and performance)
Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Requirements:
