Our client is looking for a reliable Aircon Technician whom is polite and prompt with a commitment who is concerned with customer Commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to working safety and passionate about satisfing clients.
- Assist the Head of Operations with daily operational tasks.
- Work with the Operations Administration and Sales & Marketing teams to carry out projects.
- Conduct site visits and site surveys when required.
- Prepare project documents, such as work procedures, safety documents, and plans for submission.
- Arrange manpower, transportation, and equipment delivery to project sites.
- Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, relocate, dismantle, and return equipment to the workshop.
- Communicate with customers and monitor site progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project requirements.
- Prepare and submit service reports, inspection reports, maintenance records, and photos.
- Coordinate with engineers for designs, inspections, testing, and submission of required documents.
- Conduct user training and safety briefings.
- Investigate incidents, identify causes, and prepare incident reports.
- Supervise and support the assigned operations team, including training and performance.
- Ensure all equipment and accessories on-site are properly accounted for and kept in good condition.
- Carry out inventory checks and prepare monthly inventory reports.
- Use the company's ERP system to complete daily work and support system improvements.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, government regulations, and ISO standards.
- Maintain proper records for audits and accounting purposes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Operations or Management.
- Relevance working experience preferred
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills, leadership qualities and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Must be able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as possess own vehicle.
- Knowledge in electrical/electronic/mechanical concepts and AutoCAD will be an advantage
