- Build and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships
- Monitor, track, and analyse tenants’ performance and sales data
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business discussions with tenants
- Identify opportunities for tenant expansion and business growth
- Liaise with tenants on operational matters and leasing-related feedback
- Support the Central Leasing team on lease management and administration
- Ensure tenants comply with lease terms and conditions
- Ensure property tax charges are aligned with committed rental agreements
- Prepare leasing and sales performance reports for management and internal stakeholders
- Assist the Centre Manager / General Manager in annual budgeting and income forecasting related to leasing activities

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, resourceful, and a strong team player
- Basic understanding of the real estate and retail industries, preferably within shopping mall environments
- Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
