- Create with Precision: Prepare, bake, and decorate high-quality cakes and pastries following PB's strict golden SOP!
- Make it Beautiful: Assist with garnishing and presentation, every product should look as good as it tastes.
- Quality Control: Follow recipes with precision, conduct texture and taste checks, ensure every item hits the mark.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain clean, sanitary, organised workspace. Food safety is non-negotiable!
- Support the Team: Help with inventory monitoring, supply ordering and supporting team members.

- At least 1 year of experience as Pastry Chef, Cake Decorator, or similar.
- Comfortable in a central kitchen production evnrionment
- 5.5-Day or 5-Day work week
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
