- Monitor the software development process to ensure design quality and adherence to standards.
- Plan QA test plan including coverage of test cases.
- Manage and run QA testing and analysis to ensure that the product meets or exceeds specified quality standards and end-user requirements, highlighting defects before release.
- Create test cases (min 100+).
- Deliver quality service to internal stakeholders and is meticulous in conducting tests to ensure product quality requirements are met.
- Anticipate problems in the development process develop.
- Articulate innovative and effective solutions to address problems and prevent re-occurrence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to IT or Business.
- Possess excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills to navigate multiple challenges.
- Proactive and hands on to remove blockers and deliver the project on time.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skill, with the ability to work with a diverse team.
- Good problem-solving skills, while applying the right methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
