Respnsiblities

• Support day-to-day recruitment operations, including background checks, fair consideration, job posting reviews, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data across various systems and trackers, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports when required.
• Support recruitment process improvement projects with regional and cross-functional teams.
• Share findings and provide guidance or training to recruiting teams on process-related matters.
• Help ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local regulations.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tools such as Excel & Google Sheets.
• Experience supporting HR or recruitment processes.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Good To Have:

• ~2 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment operations or HR projects.
• Experience supporting or contributing to recruitment/HR process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
• Experience creating SOPs or process documentation.
• Exposure to regional or global recruitment environments.
