Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with the mall's business objectives and positioning.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, OOH, on-ground activations, events and tenant collaborations.
• Develop campaigns to drive shopper traffic, sales conversion, customer engagement and tenant performance.
• Manage the mall's marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimise ROI.

Mall Events & Activation

• Conceptualise and execute mall events, seasonal campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, including creative development, vendor management, budgeting, logistics and on-site operations.
• Identify opportunities to create differentiated experiences that enhance the mall's attractiveness and footfall.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Retail Management or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within shopping malls, retail, property, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer-facing businesses.
• Strong experience in integrated marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing and tenant engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing initiatives to shopper traffic, tenant sales and business outcomes.
• Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills.
