A private specialist surgical centre is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to support its operating theatre and endoscopy services. You will scrub for a range of cases in a stable, office-hours setting with no on-call duties.
What You'll Be Doing
- Follow appropriate endoscopy and operating room techniques and procedures in the assigned area
- Scrub for endoscopy, orthopaedic, hand and general surgical cases
- Assist doctors during endoscopy, anaesthesia-related procedures and patient examinations
- Ensure accurate, complete and timely documentation of procedures and patient care
- Support efficient coordination and turnover of elective and emergency procedures
- Provide safe, patient-centred nursing care in the clinical area
- Prepare, check and maintain instruments and equipment
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and the nursing team

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing and above, with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
- 3 to 5 years of nursing experience, ideally in an operating theatre
- Skilled in scrubbing, with endoscopy training an advantage
- Experience across orthopaedic, hand and general cases is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Calm, meticulous and committed to patient safety
- Able to work independently in a small team
