A leading public healthcare organisation is looking for a Finance Associate Executive to support its finance team across accounting, costing and reporting. You will gain broad, hands-on exposure to finance operations in a structured, office-based environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with finance functions across financial accounting, costing and management accounting
- Support corporate governance matters related to finance
- Perform accounts receivable functions, including billing, managing collections and preparing schedules
- Handle general ledger functions, journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare regular reports for internal and external parties on assigned duties
- Work closely with other departments on finance-related matters and queries
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for audit and review
- Support month-end closing activities and ad-hoc finance projects

Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and above
- Relevant accounting or finance experience
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, billing and general ledger
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
