- Visitor Management: Warmly welcome guests, notify staff of their arrival, and issue visitor passes to maintain office security.
- Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, while taking accurate messages and managing company emails.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, coordinate boardroom bookings, manage office calendars, and maintain filing systems.
- Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and company brochures

Job Requirements
- Customer Service: A warm, approachable demeanor with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking: The ability to handle phone calls, in-person guests, and urgent administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with standard office equipment (printers, faxes, or multi-line phone systems).
- Organization: High attention to detail and strong time-management
