A consumer goods distribution group is looking for an Accounts Executive to support its finance team. You will process day-to-day transactions and keep records audit-ready.
What You'll Be Doing
- Record expenses and process supplier invoices in the ERP system with complete supporting documents
- Prepare and post payment vouchers for timely vendor payments
- Maintain the accounts receivable ledger and match customer payments to invoices
- Process staff claims in line with company policy
- Perform bank and supplier statement reconciliations
- Follow up on reconciling items
- Maintain well-organised accounting records for audits and reviews
- Support month-end closing and statutory audits
- Assist with year-end stocktakes
- Perform other finance duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline and above
- 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of ERP or accounting software
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous and organised
- Good communication and teamwork
- Able to meet deadlines
