We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper to support our daily warehouse operations. You may be assigned to Inbound or Outbound operations based on operational requirements, experience and suitability. Training will be provided where required.

Inbound

• Receive, unload, check, sort and scan incoming stocks.

• Verify quantity and condition against documents, and report any discrepancies or damaged/missing goods.

• Perform put-away, stock arrangement and space allocation.

Outbound

• Pick goods according to customer orders and perform QC checks.

• Pack, tape, label, sort and stage orders for dispatch.

• Prepare cartons or pallets for shipment and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.

General Warehouse Duties

• Perform stock taking, inventory checks and general stock handling, including bulk items.

• Build cartons/pallets and handle cardboard recycling when required.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, order pickers and reach trucks when required and appropriately trained.

• Use smartphones / mobile scanners for warehouse tasks and job updates.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and follow SOPs and safety procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred

• Able to read and write simple English for SOPs, labels and work instructions.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

• Responsible, punctual, willing to learn and able to work in a team.

• MHE experience / Forklift Certificate is an advantage.
