A senior care and wellness operator is looking for a Lifestyle Facilitator to plan and lead engaging activities. You will help seniors stay active, connected and well.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and plan activity programmes for seniors and residents
- Facilitate group and one-on-one sessions
- Encourage participation and monitor engagement and wellbeing
- Adapt activities to individual interests and health conditions
- Support outreach and community engagement events
- Help organise health talks and advocacy activities
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene of activity spaces
- Work with care and therapy teams on resident needs
- Keep records of programmes and participation
- Support other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Community Care, Social Services, Healthcare or a related discipline and above
- 2 to 3 years of experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation or geriatric settings
- Music or performing arts skills, such as piano or keyboard, are an advantage
- Genuine passion for working with seniors
- Creative, patient and approachable
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Team player
- Willing to work a rostered schedule including weekends
