Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring all objectives and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Serve as the key contact person for clients and handle project-related issues or escalations.
- Allocate tasks and resources to project team members and monitor overall progress.
- Ensure all projects meet the required quality standards and agreed specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in security systems.
- Experience with ELV, networking and security systems such as CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, plan resources and work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, committed and able to solve problems independently.
- Candidates with experience in the security systems industry are highly preferred.
