- Run the show: You’ll track & manage the sales and wastage everyday, making quick calls to keep the store busy and profitable.
- Lead by Example: You’re the one setting the pace for the whole team by coaching and training them to deliver the best customer experience.
- Strategic Planning: You will lead manpower planning, analysing staff management to ensure the right people are in the right place in every shift.
- Brand Guardian: You will manage the overall image of your store and ensure that the Paris Baguette brand is impeccably maintained.
- Inventory & Ops: You will handle product ordering, inventory checks and all opening/closing duties with zero compromise.

- At least 4-5 years of F&B/restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead, develop and retain a team
- Strong understanding of P&L, inventory and operational management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
