• Develop and update course materials and learning resources.
• Review and organise materials to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare and format learning and assessment materials.
• Create and update digital learning and basic multimedia content.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, track action items and maintain project records.
• Perform basic data collation, analysis and administrative tracking.
• Upload, organise and maintain course content on Blackboard UCV.
• Provide general administrative and project support as required.

• With 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning design, course support, project coordination, educational technology support, or a related area.
• Familiar with learning design principles such as constructive alignment, writing learning outcomes, and assessment design.
• Comfortable working in Blackboard UCV as a staff user, including managing and organising course content and resources
