A public healthcare institution is looking for an Assistant Manager to shape its future campus. You will translate clinical and operational needs into patient-centric built environment solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead planning studies, feasibility assessments and option evaluations for campus development
- Recommend effective infrastructure and redevelopment solutions
- Engage stakeholders to define project requirements and development briefs
- Translate operational, clinical and service needs into functional planning strategies
- Coordinate consultants, public agencies and multidisciplinary teams
- Review planning and design proposals for technical, regulatory and strategic compliance
- Read and interpret design drawings and floor plans
- Prepare business cases, reports and presentations for management
- Support governance and decision-making with analysis and recommendations
- Monitor healthcare planning trends, regulations and best practices

Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate or a related discipline and above
- Experience in planning, project development or facilities projects
- Able to read design drawings and floor plans
- Quantity surveying or cost background is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder and consultant management skills
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
