Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities

Prepare BIM models, M&E/ACMV drawings and construction drawings.

Assist with ductwork, mechanical ventilation, fan, grille and diffuser layouts.

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare relevant documentation.

Coordinate with clients, architects, civil contractors and other M&E contractors to resolve technical and interface issues.

Support CSD coordination, shop drawing preparation and project submissions.

Assist with inspection, testing and commissioning documentation.

Support senior BIM modelers and project teams during project execution.
Job Requirements
-
Diploma or relevant qualification in BIM, M&E, ACMV, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BIM M&E / ACMV drafting.

Experience working on LTA projects will be an advantage.

Candidates with a BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM will have an added advantage.
