A new public hospital is looking for a Physiotherapist to deliver rehabilitation across acute and community settings. You will help patients recover, regain function and live independently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assess patients and develop individual physiotherapy treatment plans
- Deliver inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation across acute and community care
- Set measurable goals and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, self-management and safe mobility
- Work with doctors, nurses and allied health in multidisciplinary care
- Document assessments, treatments and outcomes accurately
- Support discharge planning and transitions of care
- Apply evidence-based practice and contribute to service improvement
- Participate in clinical audits, training and continuing education
- Support team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Job Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy and above, with valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
- Experience in acute or community hospital settings is an advantage
- Sound clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Passion for patient-centred, evidence-based care
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
