Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, service agreements and related documents.
- Follow up on quotations, POs, payments and maintenance contracts.
- Maintain customer relationships, conduct customer visits and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments on customer requests and work orders.
- Prepare sales and quotation reports and maintain proper records.
- Support credit control, marketing and business development activities.
- Keep updated on market and industry information.
- Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant customer service/sales support experience.
- Experience in service, industrial products or building-related industries is an advantage.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-oriented, meticulous and well-organized.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
