- Lead HR strategy and policy across Singapore and Malaysia
- Build compensation & benefits frameworks
- Develop succession planning and workforce strategy
- Partner with the Malaysia HR team on execution
- Support broader people-management matters, including some Finance oversight
- Oversee Singapore office administration
