Key Responsibilities

Own full production oversight for the Johor manufacturing plant, working closely with overseas engineering and leadership counterparts

Lead and develop the facilities team

Design and implement clear policies, structure, and ways of working across the site

Proven experience in a plant/factory leadership role, ideally with additional exposure to HR, admin, or site facilities management

Manufacturing background in electronics, precision engineering, or a related technical industry preferred
