A leading public healthcare group is looking for Pharmacists to join its outpatient pharmacy teams. You will deliver quality dispensing and pharmaceutical care across multiple clinics, with a flexible schedule to suit your availability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care to outpatients
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, dosage and potential drug interactions
- Provide Medication Review Service (MRS) to patients with chronic conditions
- Support Anticoagulation Service (ACS) and monitor patient outcomes
- Provide drug counselling to patients and caregivers
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and respond to enquiries from the public
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses and pharmacy technicians to ensure safe medication use
- Maintain accurate records and comply with pharmacy regulations and quality standards
- Support stock management, labelling and medication safety checks
- Cover multiple clinic locations as required by service needs

Job Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy and above, with valid Singapore Pharmacy Council registration
- At least 1 to 2 years of pharmacist experience, preferably in outpatient, hospital or polyclinic settings
- Experience in dispensing, medication counselling and clinical services
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Good teamwork and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work across different clinic locations
- Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility and patient safety
