lookups.workArrangement.undefinedThe incumbent is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end workforce development, talent pipeline, internship, and employer branding initiatives across Singapore. This role serves as the key liaison between the organization, government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), polytechnics, ITE, industry associations, and internal business stakeholders to support talent attraction, workforce transformation, and skills development objectives.
The incumbent will lead the coordination of government-funded programs such as Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) and Technician Support Programmes, manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry bodies, and drive internship, career engagement, and employer branding activities to strengthen the organization's future talent pipeline.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
- 5- 7 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Programme Management, University Relations, Workforce Development, or a related field.
- Experience managing government-funded workforce programmes in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Experience working with universities, polytechnics, ITE, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating career fairs, campus recruitment, internship programmes, and employer branding activities.
