A public healthcare institution is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee hospitality and support services across its campus. You will manage service providers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-run environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the management of hospitality, environmental and healthcare support services across the campus
- Manage service contracts and drive vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs and operational standards
- Engage senior management, operations teams, vendors and end-users on service requirements
- Lead service improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Oversee audits, compliance requirements and service recovery matters
- Review vendor performance reports and take corrective action
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
- Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for management
- Monitor budgets and cost control for service contracts
- Support continuous improvement and customer experience initiatives

Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Facilities Management or a related discipline and above
- Experience managing hospitality, facilities, environmental services, healthcare support or similar operations
- Strong contract and vendor management experience
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders including senior management
- Proven ability to manage service improvements, audits and compliance
- Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing skills
- Confident, proactive and analytical
- Prior healthcare, hospitality or facilities experience is an advantage
