Job Description
  • Apply well-developed knowledge of facade defects, building envelope performance, and rectification methods to provide technical credibility in client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and suppliers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project manager and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facade construction, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with both current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
