Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and secure new catering business opportunities.
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, proposals and client follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Coordinate catering bookings and liaise with Kitchen and Operations teams.
- Ensure smooth delivery of orders and provide after-sales service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Catering, F&B, Restaurant or Wedding.
- Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Motivated, organised and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about the F&B industry.
