We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Location: Northeast / Central
Job Responsibilities
- Support the HR Operations team with day-to-day HR administrative activities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Handle recruitment-related administration and candidate coordination
- Support the administration of training and Learning & Development (L&D) programmes
- Track and maintain employee training records and documentation
- Provide general HR administrative support
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Relevant experience in HR Operations, Recruitment or HR Administration
- L&D administration experience is an advantage
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
