- The Group IT Vendor Management Lead will lead the end-to-end delivery and operationalisation of the Oracle Fusion ERP project, driving migration from existing Oracle EBS/P2P systems to the Oracle Fusion platform.
- This role is accountable for business readiness, data integrity, process transformation, and adoption, ensuring that the ERP platform delivers measurable operational efficiencies and supports data-driven decision-making for Group IT.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in large-scale ERP transformation programme.
- Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion (or equivalent) implementations end-to-end.
- Strong domain expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
- Deep experience in:
- Data migration and system integration
- ERP-enabled process transformation.
- Strong team player with attention to detail, resilience under pressure and an adaptable and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, data-driven, outcome-focused with high integrity and resilience.
