Jobs Responsibilities
- Support end to end Credit Operations migration activities, including system checks, account remediation and operational transition activities.
- Perform pre and post migration validation to ensure system behaviour and account information remain accurate following implementation.
- Review and update client or account level information required as part of migration and remediation exercises.
- Support testing activities by validating results, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues requiring further investigation.
- Assist Operations subject matter experts with BAU activities during critical migration periods and implementation phases.
- Maintain process documentation and operating procedures to reflect system, workflow and operational changes introduced through the migration.
