A global industrial gases and engineering company is looking for a Customer Service Executive to look after customer orders and enquiries. You will be the key contact keeping orders accurate, on time and customers well supported.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receive and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system
- Respond to customer enquiries on orders, delivery, pricing and documentation
- Coordinate with sales, logistics and operations teams to meet delivery commitments
- Track open orders and proactively flag issues and delays
- Prepare quotations, invoices and shipping documents
- Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and order data
- Support inventory reconciliation and order-to-cash activities
- Prepare regular customer service reports
- Support ad hoc sales and administrative tasks

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline and above
- Experience in customer service, order management or sales administration
- Familiar with ERP or order management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Meticulous with strong follow-through
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Customer-focused team player
